FaceMail was established in 2022. Orders ship free Australia Wide. FaceMail has partnered with Lapcos to supply the best quality face masks possible. We do not take responsibility for for any adverse reactions to the use of our Face Masks which adhere to all Australian standards and advise you to use practical wisdom in using them based on your previous experience and health concerns or professional advice from your doctors. Orders are shipped using Australia Post and generally within 1 business day of ordering. We don't take any responsibility for Australia Post and will do our best to ensure your order arrives on time and in good condition. If you have a problem with the quality of goods or service please email mike@facemail.com.au. We accept refunds in the event that the product is faulty or there is another serious problem. To request a refund please email mike@facemail.com.au. All prices include GST. Stock is subject to availability and can change at any time. FaceMail will never sell your data to third party advertisers but may send you marketing and promotional emails about sales and promotions from time to time.
